Together, We Will Overcome The SARS-CoV-2 Virus

04.05.2020

The Pasteur Foundation Asia needs your help to support research on SARS-CoV-2 in the laboratories of the Institut Pasteur International Network. In Hong Kong, in Asia, in the world.

Our goals: local, regional, global

Your donations will strengthen the response of HKU-Pasteur Research Pole and the Pasteur Network to the enormous challenge posed by the pandemic of SARS-CoV-2.

Our goal during this campaign will be to raise HK$5,000,000.

It will allow technology transfer and sending material in the Asia-Pacific region and where people need them most. It will fund current research on the SARS-CoV-2, in Hong Kong and across an international network of 32 institutes. It will support teaching to prepare future generations of scientists.

The Pasteur Foundation Asia supports responsible research that will fill critical knowledge gaps, develop new tests to estimate the extent of the pandemic and share information and resources throughout the Pasteur Network.

Help us fund current research on the SARS-CoV-2 and help laboratories in Low and Middle Income Countries raise to the challenge to overcome the pandemic and to prepare future generations of scientists.

Thank you

PFA warmly thanks all of our donors for their generosity over the past few weeks.

But our efforts will be continued in the long run to overcome the pandemic and prepare a safe and secure environment for everyone.  Without previous research on coronaviruses, we would not be able to accelerate vaccine development and identify effective drugs.

We support a One-Health approach for research and for the development of a harmonious life on earth.  Your donation is crucial to achieve this goal and keep Hong Kong at the forefront of biomedical research on infectious diseases.

We can only overcome this pandemic together: solidarity is key to success.
